1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Classegy's Education Operating System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Classegy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal educational and administrative purposes.

3. Institutional Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. You agree to notify Classegy immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Levels & Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, occasional maintenance or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
